Dr. Evangelia Fragouli holds a PhD & Mphil with distinction from Columbia University, USA; an advanced Master with distinction and a PG Cert from Harvard University, U.S.A; two BAs and one PGCert from the University of Athens, Greece, and, a PGCert from the European School – Athens University of Business, GR, City University, UK, Eni Enrico Mattei, Italy. Her area of expertise is Strategic HRM, Strategic Management, Executive Education, Organizational Behavior, Change & Risk Management.

Dr. Evangelia Fragouli has 28 years of international University academic experience lecturing and publishing research on Leadership, HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Change Management, Risk & Crisis Management. She is Associate Professor in HRM and Director of the MSc in Global HRM Program at Kingston Business School, Kington University London, UK. She is Academic Coordinator of the HRM Hot Topic Series of the Kingston Business School, London. She has served as Assistant Professor in Strategic Management and Champion of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the School of Business at University of Dundee. She has worked as visiting Associate Professor in Leadership at Anglia Business School, UK,  Assistant Professor at the Business School & Social Sciences, Aarhus University, Denmark;  Adjunct Professor for the MBA and BA in Business Management at the Hellenic Open University,  visiting Associate Professor in many Universities in Greece (such as University of Athens, University of Piraeus, Athens School of Business & Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She has also delivered lecture presentations in China (Shanghai University, School of Political Science & Law; Zhejlang University, School of Media Studies & Humanities, Hangzhou, China), in Trinidad &Tobago (University of West Indies) and elsewhere.

She is member of many scholar, academic and professional associations in the field of Strategic HRM, Management & OB. Dr. Fragouli has published vast research work in many international conference proceedings, peer reviewed journals, as well as textbooks & monographs. She has served as Editorial Board Member for many scientific & professional Journals, Article Editor, Reviewer of Journal & Conference research articles, Scientific Advisory Board Member of many Journals, Key-Note Speaker, Chair and Conference Committee Member for many International Conferences. As CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Champion has organized vast number of professional workshops collaborating with the Scottish Institute of Business Leaders, UK.

Dr. Fragouli has vast International Managerial & Executive industry experience, Consultancy, Coaching & Training experience as HRM expert. She has delivered a very significant number of executive seminars helping professionals develop their leadership, managerial leadership and decision-making skills. She has served as member  of the RosteGR.nsultant Club of the World Bank, Washington, DC, USA; Scientific HRM Advisor for Government Ministers, GR;   interim R&D Director of the  HCC (Hellenic Competition Commission/EU); Director of Accreditation of Management Development Programs, Ministry of Labor, GR; Strategic HRM Expert Hellenic Aerospace Industry, GR;  Director of Business Education & Training, EKEPIS GR . HRM advisor in many organizations. She has participated in pilot developmental programs in the Department of Productivity of United Nations New York, USA and elsewhere. She is also accredited organizational psychologist with vast industry work experience in the Health Care sector.
