All fees must be prepaid in GBP. At least one author of each accepted paper must register to include the paper in the proceedings. Co-authors attending in person must also register to receive access and a CPD certificate. A 20% discount applies to co-authors registering together. Individuals registering before acceptance decisions are not guaranteed that their paper will be accepted. Non-presenting participants must also register.

Payment Options
Registration for students: 10% discount from the registration fee
A late registration fee of £50 will be charged for all registration after the Standard Registration Fee
Author: is a conference participant who has also authored a paper and is presenting the same.
Observer: is a conference participant who is attending the conference but is not presenting any work.
Registration for Students: Kindly note that the Student fee is applicable only for full-time doctoral / master's students. This is NOT applicable to any part-time doctoral / master's student. Participants who are part-time doctoral / master's students will not get any student concession and will have to pay the regular registration fee. At the time of the registration and fee payment, full-time students have to send an email with evidence of their full-time studentship including an identity card, and a certificate from the director.
In order to get a concessional fee as a student, the participant must email to CBER Admin:
1. Scanned identity card as a student
2. Scanned letter on the letterhead signed by the programme Leader / Head of the Department or concerned authority at the university stating clearly that the
the participant is a full-time student in a particular programme.

The registration fee includes the publication of the full-text paper (s) in the conference proceedings (online) and abstract (s) in the abstract proceedings (online), conference attendance for both days, Conference Kit, and Conference Program, Brochure, attendance certificate, CPD certificate, coffee breaks and lunches. Food, conference kits, and coffee breaks are not available for online attendees.
The food during the conference shall have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. If you have any specific dietary requirements, kindly inform the CBER Admin while completing the registration process.
Important: After making the payment of your registration fee, please email info@cberuk.com with the following details:
1. Conference reference number
2. Your full name
3. Paper title (if submitted and accepted)
4. Date of your fee payment
5. Amount of your fee payment
5. Mode of your fee payment (i.e. PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer
6. Scanned copy of your Payment Confirmation with reference number
Once we receive the fee at our end, we shall email to the authors, a formal Receipt for the same. This will be also important for visa letters.
